При работе в Windows с экрана монитора иногда, на мгновение, пропадает изображение (черный экран) и сразу же появляется.
Чаще всего это проявляется при использовании браузера и сайтов с видео (но не всегда).
Например:
сразу после загрузки страницы (например youtube) и наведении курсора на одно из видео, монитор может «моргнуть»,
при прокрутки страницы, на которой вставлен видеофайл (при прокрутке, до этого видеофайла),
при переключении между окнами Windows (конкретно в том случае были окна браузера и медиаплеера),
при открытии/закрытии окна браузера.
Такой дефект, проявляется не всегда, после, вышеописанных действий, но достаточно часто — 5-6 раз за вечер (примерно).
При этом, при просмотре видео, как в плеере, так и в браузере — все нормально. В играх, тоже, проблема не наблюдалась.
Монитор HP V24i, подключение HDMi. ОС Windows 10. браузер Chrome. видеокарта 3060 (драйвер 531.41)
Пребывал понижать частоту обновления монитора — не помогло.
Может проблема быть в кабеле/мониторе? Как это выяснить (запасного монитора — нету)?

Сам-то хард оно нашло: Auto-Detecting: AHCI Port 2 . . Hard Disk
Но диску этому похоже пришёл кирдык: S.M.A.R.T. Capable and Status BAD
Поэтому и SATA PORT2 Device Error
Подробности покажет любая диагностическая программа, только загрузиться с чего-нибудь или диск этот в другой комп ткнуть.

он ж тебе прямым текстом пишет что не может найти хард, и ошибка SATA порта. попробуй переставить в другой разъем саты на материнке
p.s. а вообще F1 нажимал? может и так пройдет дальше
А еще русским по белому написано, что у харда смарт плохой. Надо снимать с него данные и смотреть что с ним на самом деле…
Да по ходу жесткий накрылся. Проще уже взять и поменять его и не будет лишней нервотряски. А инфу в обще восстановить возможно.

Приветствую.
Перестал запускаться нормально винд.
При включении компа часто выдает черный экран с параметрами компа и последней надписью SATA PORT 1 device error Press f1 to resume/ Жму F1 выдает БИОС. После выходи из биоса просит перезапустить комп и так по кругу.
Когда удается запустить вылетает синий экран с текстом ФАТАЛ систем эррор и цифры. Внизу последней строкой — Систем хас шат даун)
Запускал проверку диска через свойства, при перезагрузе идет анализ и на 5 шаге доходит до 43 000 файла и стопорит пишет ошибка много цифр и виснет. Перегружаю. Запускается снова. Доходит до 65 000 файла и тож пишет ошибка и тот же код. Перезагрузил еще раз. Дошло до 90 000 файла и та же ошибка.
Проблема в жестком диске? Менять, перестанавливать винду или что? Подскажите пожалуйста!

90% что проблема с диском… только менять
конечно бывают глючат контроллеры сата на материнке и диск возможно можно потом использовать после махинаций некоторых, но я бы ставил новый диск, далее установка ОС и пытаться скачать данные со старого диска (если есть что ценного)

На всякий случай, шлейф передёрните. Они порой неконтачат и вызывают такие спонтанные сбои.

У меня была такая штука, менял диск, но пробуй винду переустановить, если не поможет то диск меняй, ну или отнеси его на диагностику, если поломка не значительная то восстановят дешево, я свой носил мне 12к выставили, я новый купил.

Вставьте другой шлейф в другой разъем на плате. Окончательно убедиться в скорой смерти диска поможет его SMART таблица и проверка поверхности тестом mhdd или аналогичным.

В одном из поднадзорных системников такая шняга была из-за того, что в БИОСе порядок загрузки почему-то слетал — на дефолтную последовательность. Переткнул шлейфы — всё ок.

Диск возможно имеет повреждение поверхности, когда проверка диска доходит до проблемного места, винт отваливается и это вызывает ошибку.

в БИОСе можно выбрать режим работы винчестера (SATA Mode) ATA (IDE) или AHCI. Винчестер с включенным AHCI работает шустрее чем в обычном ATA. Встроенная поддержка AHCI включена в Windows (начиная с Vista).
Но при установке дров от Vistы, этот драйвер, возможно был повреждён. Что бы не переустанавливать винду, в BIOS должна быть возможность отключения AHCI. Пробуем загрузиться, если прокатило, устанавливаете драйверы от производителя контроллера (чипсета материнской платы) . Если они не ставятся автоматически, делаете это вручную. Потом включаете AHCI в BIOS.

либо винт накрывается медным тазом либо тупо контакты окислились…во втором случае помогает вынуть винт и немного протереть контакты обычным ластиком….в первом случае скорее несите в сервис(если ноут еще на гарантии) или копируйте все важные данные и готовьтесь покупать новый винт… Добавлено спустя 1 минуту 5 секунд: |

есть загрузочный какой нить диск, типа Зверя че нить? там есть проги для проверки памяти и жесткого диска, вот попробуй (если есть) протести жесткий! канешна еще есть вариант скинуть БИОС, но до «таблетки» надо добраться! |

I’ve started a thread on the Asus forums, but thought that maybe this community could be helpful as well.
First, my machine:

Motherboard: Asus P5N7A-VM
BIOS version: 0519 4/29/2010
CPU: Intel Core2 Quad Q9400 2.66GHz LGA 775 95W
Memory installed: 4096 MB
Memory type: OCZ ReaperX HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
Hard drives: (1) Seagate Barracuda ST3250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA
(2) Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST31000340AS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA
(3) Seagate Barracuda LP ST32000542AS 2TB 5900 RPM SATA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (installed on hard drive #1 above)
Video card chipset: NVidia GeForce 9500 GT
Now, the problem that I’m experiencing is that when the system boots, I receive an error at the BIOS level. There error message states «AHCI PORT0 DEVICE ERROR» followed by «Press F1 to resume». If I press F1, the system boots just fine and Windows starts up just fine. However, Windows does give me a message stating that there’s a problem with a hard drive (the system hard drive, identified as #1 above) and brings up the Windows backup manager. It tells me I should backup my system and then replace the hard drive. Before I do that, I’m hoping that someone can confirm that the problem is most likely with the hard drive, and not with the motherboard itself.
Have any of you experienced this before, or seen anything similar?
Thanks in advance for any assistance. If there’s more information that you need, let me know and I’ll provide it.

hi,i would first run seatools by seagate to check the harddrive

Thank you! I’ll try that when I get home from work tonight and I’ll post the results. In the meantime, I’ve also ordered a replacement drive from Newegg which should be here tomorrow should that turn out to be the solution.

Although I was unable to install SeaTools for Windows due to an error stating «installation ended prematurely because of an error,» I was able to download, burn, and boot into SeaTools for DOS. After scanning the drive, it appears errors were detected. I tried to repair them but a rescan still revealed errors.
Looks like I made the right move ordering a replacement drive this morning. I’m currently doing a test run using Windows to restore a system image. I’ll know for sure if the new drive solves the problem on Saturday and will close the thread if it works. Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I definitely plan on doing that. However, I’ve read users in other forums post that Seagate support can be a real pain to deal with compared to the likes of Western Digital, but it’s worth a shot.

Thanks for your help, the new hard drive fixed my issue, and my Seagate drive is still under warranty so I’m going to RMA that. Also, the reviews that I had read online about how bad their RMA process was are all true. It’s likely going to cost me a decent penny just to track down the required shipping materials, including 2″ of required solid foam around all sides of the drive.

Also, just something I wanted to add… for those of you using Windows 7 Ultimate (and possible other versions), there is a really great feature that allows you to create a disk image, very similar to Norton Ghost, but free! It’s found under Control Panel > Backup and Restore, and then in the left pane «Create a system image». You’ll also need to «Create a system repair disk» in order to boot and restore the image you create. I created the image on of my other hard drives, and the whole process was a breeze. Once I got my new drive installed, I was back up and running within an hour as if nothing had happened.
I know there are other ways to do similar things, but I just wanted to let people know about this because I didn’t know it was built into Windows now, and I’m probably not the only one.

I’ll probably just use standard foam peanuts and bubble wrap, and if they don’t accept it due to the packaging, then so be it. It’s a low-capacity, inexpensive drive, and I can’t justify buying all kinds of packaging material that will likely add up to more than half the cost of the drive itself when it was new.

yeah ,and they will send you a refurbished drive ,as they no longerr make new low-capacity drives
