Когда у 2B появился сканер, нужно вернуться в место, где проснулся герой игры, и посмотреть вокруг. Надо найти солдат Yorha. Кто-то из солдат сообщит вам координаты 9S. Получаете координаты и идёте в переход под землей, там будет развилка. Налево — место, где пришельцы, направо — будет 9S. Освещайте путь модулем с фонарем.

Head to the flooded city and use your scanner to find YoRHa units. At the end of the path (near an old bus) a unit will tell you where you can find 9S. After doing MIA, go to City Ruins: Deep Cave and use the scanner to find 9S within the ruins.
